1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how MONARX (the brand and web studio of ISAR GROUP, hereinafter "MONARX", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of users visiting monarx.az.

By using the website or submitting the brief form, you agree to the rules described in this policy. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".

2. What information we collect

We only collect the information you provide yourself:

• Contact details: full name, company or brand name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Project details: the services you select, their options, the estimated price, start date and a short project description.
• Correspondence: information you send us by email, phone or messaging apps.

The website does not require registration, does not accept payment details and does not use advertising trackers.

3. How we use information

• to evaluate your brief and contact you;
• to prepare a price proposal and project plan;
• to provide the agreed services and handle project correspondence;
• to meet obligations where required by law.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Third-party services

The website uses the following services to operate:

• Our own server - information from the brief and contact forms is sent directly from our hosting to info@monarx.az. It is not passed to any third-party service.
• Google Fonts - loads the website's fonts. Your browser contacts Google servers, and your IP address may be visible to them.
• Email service - briefs and correspondence are stored in our business mailbox.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only short-lived records needed for the site to work may be stored in your browser, such as whether the intro animation was shown or whether background music is on or off. These records do not identify you and can be cleared in your browser settings.

6. Data retention and security

Briefs and correspondence are kept for the duration of the project and up to 3 years after it ends. If a project doesn't go ahead, the data is deleted within 12 months. If you'd like it deleted sooner, just write to us.

Only staff working on the project can access the data. The website runs over HTTPS. However, no data transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your rights

At any time you may request to:

• find out what information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or outdated information;
• have your data deleted or its processing stopped;
• withdraw your consent to data processing.

We respond to your request within 10 business days.

8. Children's data

Our services are for business clients. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
