These Terms of Use set out the rules for using monarx.az (hereinafter the "Website"). The Website is operated by MONARX (the brand and web studio of ISAR GROUP, hereinafter "MONARX", "we").

The Website provides information about MONARX's services, work and contact options: logo design, brand identity and brand book, website development, business email and other digital solutions.
Information on the Website is general in nature and does not constitute an individual offer.
3. Price calculator and brief
- Prices in the brief form are estimates for information only. The final price is set in a written proposal after the project scope has been discussed.
- Submitting a brief creates no obligation for you or for us. Services begin only after a separate agreement or contract is signed between the parties.
- Services shown as free (for example, hosting and domain) are provided only under the conditions and for the period stated on the Website.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the brief.
4. Intellectual property
The Website's design, texts, the MONARX logo, graphics and code belong to MONARX and are protected by law. Copying, modifying, distributing or using them commercially without our written permission is prohibited.
The logos, brand elements and websites shown in the "Selected work" and "Partners" sections belong to our respective clients and are displayed for portfolio purposes with their consent. The right to use these materials belongs solely to their owners.
5. Rules of use
When using the Website, the following is prohibited:
- interfering with the Website's operation, attempting unauthorized access or placing malicious software;
- submitting false, someone else's or spam information through the brief form;
- collecting the Website's content in bulk by automated means;

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved first through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
